Delivery aim for UK orders is 3–5 working days unless otherwise stated below the add to cart button. Other locations vary.
Orders are despatched and confirmed via email with tracking number and delivered by UPS.
UPS now has a UPS My Choice option to reschedule or collect from many UPS pick-up points.
All bespoke items carry a longer lead time and you will often be quoted an estimated delivery date prior to placing the order.
If there are any issues with meeting the standard delivery time frame, you will be contacted.

Fabric Returns Policy
Each fabric order is bespoke, as the fabric has been specifically cut to your requirements. For this reason we cannot accept cancellations, refunds, or direct exchanges.
We can, however, request that the fabric companies accept your order back into stock and negotiate a refund. This is subject to their agreement and payment of their handling charges. Please contact us if you have ordered the wrong product or changed your mind.
Fabric companies typically impose a restocking/handling fee of around 30% of the order value. This would be deducted from your refund.
Returns are not usually possible if the fabric length is less than 5 metres.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
All return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend using a professional courier.

Faulty Items
If an item is faulty, a full replacement or refund can be offered up to 30 days for faulty or damaged goods at no extra cost. Please notify us within a few days of receipt. A replacement or refund will be processed as quickly as possible.
